Dogs usually wear costumes more happily than cats, but size matters even more. Here is what works for which dog.
Small dogs
For Chihuahuas, Yorkies and Maltese: the ghost costume in XS (neck 20–30 cm), the pumpkin dress from S (chest 38 cm) or the Halloween dress with wings for dogs from about 1.5 kg.
Medium dogs
The nun costume with cross fits cats and small to medium dogs. The hot dog costume is the only correct costume for a dachshund. The clown costume comes from XS to XL.
Large dogs
The dinosaur costume goes up to XXL with a chest of 83–93 cm. The lion mane for large dogs fits a head circumference up to 74 cm. The bat wings harness goes up to a chest of 86 cm.
For every size
The spider costume comes in five sizes, the vampire cape in two and only closes at the neck.
